Hey and Hi, I'm Cabaret Voltaire's current Historian, and I've been tasked with the awesome mission of collecting the memories and compiling the tidbits of this year's events, so stoked!
Sculpture and photography are my loves but it was while studying Anthropology that a new medium gripped me, weaving and fiber arts! So nowadays, more often than not you will find me behind a spinning wheel, weaving looms or doing a battle with billows of fleece.
I started off as an art student many, many years ago. Building on my studies in art schools, and universities both in Canada and abroad, finally finishing up my last bits at the university of Victoria. But I have also somehow managed along the way to accumulate a second Bachelor's degree in Anthropology with a minor in gender studies and currently am planning on pursuing my masters.
